Delete your account
You can delete your OmegaPARK account at any time, in the app or by email. Deleting your account cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open OmegaPARK and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
You are signed out right away and your account is removed.
What is deleted
- Your login and profile
- Your friend connections
- Your private messages
- Your parking spot marks and requests that are still open
What is kept, without your identity
Community posts, ratings you gave or received, and completed parking handoffs stay so that other people's history and ratings remain correct. They are reassigned to a generic “Deleted User” account. Your name, email and profile are not kept with them.
Can't open the app?
Email privacy@omegapark.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you, then delete the account and reply when it is done.
If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us anyway and tell us your username.
